From whom do you purchase Chinese bearings?

Buy bearings from China, you need to be aware:

A. Factory

There are thousands of bearing factories in China, Findbearing knows only hundreds of them and in the past 10 years we have been working with many factories, we know which factories are strong in which series, which part… We classified our factories and stick labels on them. Every types of bearings we could have different factories for price comparisons. According to different usage, customer will be offered with different options. We choose the most efficient purchasing solutions we believe (good and comparatively cheap), but still we will meet varies of quality problems, for those well co-operated factories, they are generally co-operative in solving problems.

So here comes to the next topic, old factories still meet problems, how do we control the new ones? There are so many factories in China. None will admit their quality is not good. Findbearing has to do a lot of work before “developing” a new factory, consulting local other factories, visiting factory, checking samples, selective quality checking before delivery, and most importantly, purchasing from small to big, step by step.

We have met the following situations:

There are tiny factories, producing only 1~2 types on big quantity, living on nearby large factories (trading).

There are very large famous factories like LY*, NW* etc(shouldn’t mention all, but all based on truth) they are trading bearings all over China. When quality problem happened, they will just brush aside customers.

There are factories looked to be very good. Nice equipment, right producing scale and wide production range, but actually they are trading on the items that they are producing themselves. Easy money, no effort, don’t even have to a look at the products.

There are now many factories from Shandong province who have registered new companies in other area of China, in order to get rid of the title “Shandong”, that we found in 2012 exhibition.

And of course, there are many traders,  also pretend to be a factory. customers can find they are capable of producing all types of bearings, no doubt about it.

Besides all above, before we could tell one factory is okay to have a try or good to co-operate, a more difficult thing is to understand the people, to know how dedicated they are making the bearings… to know their attitude! It takes time even for us to understand that.
